Katie Holmes - short messy bob

Another messy bob hairstyle...  It's short, carefree (a little bit too care free IMO, I would probably tame it it just a tad).  It helps that Katie Holmes has a cute face to go along with it.  Not everybody can pull this style off, don't even think about it unless you are more on the small side and have delicate facial features.
